USE OF INFORMATION.. Information obtained during the execution of a request for financial consultancy is classified and used according to the following criteria:

Public information, coming from sources or official entities, or available to the public in general, is not exclusive of any responsibility and it is not subject to any use, reservation or diffusion in other responsibilities, simultaneous or later on. This includes, for instance, statistics and oficial reports, documents produced by the company which are available to the public in general, and the information on our clients which is available to the public in general.



2. Information on our clients, obtained directly from them during a request for financial consultancy, or related any situation, condition or plan of their companies or projects, is classified as being of absolute reserve and will not be used in the development of any other financial consultancy request.
