Our company FISECORP S.A. is an Ecuadorian financial consulting company, created in 2001, in Guayaquil, Ecuador. I am the leader of a team formed by several professionals who have worked in private banking business for many years in Ecuador.

FISECORP, in its first two years of operation, has actively worked in restructuring and purchasing debts from Ecuadorian banks that were closed and became State controllled. These banks generated new financings with private investors who are holders of certificates.
Later on, we started offering financial consultancy by evaluating the financial indebtedness of our clients , offering solutions by exploring the possibility of interesting other creditors, either Ecuadorians or foreigners.

We are specialists in structuring pre and post exports operations for exporters of agriculture products (cocoa, banana), seafruits (tuna, shrimps); and in financings importers of consumables (compound, fertilizers) and of raw materials (urea, paper, soy)
